About Us

Welcome to All American Village Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Chicago, Illinois. We have been proudly serving our community since 1962! We provide not only medical care, in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, but psychological treatment programs for substance abuse and mental illness. We accept a wide variety of ages into our facility, from 21 to 101, give us a call today!

Our healthcare team of primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and physical/occupational/speech therapists create a customized program appropriate for individuals who need traditional post-acute rehabilitation or psychiatric rehabilitation. We are proud to offer substance abuse prevention therapy to those in need in our community.

At All American Village, we partner with other health care providers to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to our patient’s health and well-being. Our care begins before you arrive at the facility to after you discharge home. We offer a wellness program that provides a financial incentive for each resident that works his/her program successfully on a monthly basis.
