Medical Director – Dr. B.K. Shah
Dr. Shah has been the Medical Director and is also the internal medicine physician for many of the residents at All American Village. With over 30 years of experience and 20 years at this facility, he strives to provide exceptional medical care to the residents during his weekly visits.

Director of Nursing – Chinyere “Chi Chi” Nwosu
Chi Chi began her career as an LPN in 2007 and continued her education by becoming an RN in 2009. Chi Chi started in the facility as a charge nurse and worked her way to the Director of Nursing position which she started in 2016. She is certified in a variety of entities such as IV certification, restorative, and is the facility’s Infection Preventionist. In her off time, Chi Chi enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 adult children.
